Ulyxo Privacy Agreement

The Ulyxo app is committed to respecting and protecting the personal privacy of all users. This privacy policy is intended to explain how we handle your information and how to protect your privacy when you use our software and services. At the same time, you will also learn about your rights and options regarding your personal information.

This policy only applies to user information and data collected and stored by the Ulyxo app. Please be sure to read and agree to this privacy policy before using this app. We may update this policy from time to time. When you agree to this app service use agreement, you have agreed to the entire content of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of this app service use agreement.

I. Scope of Application

(1) When you use the network services of this application or visit this application, we will automatically receive and record your relevant information. This information includes but is not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, and functional information of software and hardware. In addition, we will also record the web pages you visit and the service data required in order to better analyze user behavior and optimize our services.

(7) Exceptions

You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue to collect personal information or withdraw your authorization by turning off device functions or contacting us. Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. When you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of authorization and will no longer process your corresponding personal information.

We will respond to your request within fifteen working days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. However, you acknowledge and agree that we will not be able to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations in the following circumstances:

① related to national security and national defense security;

② related to public security, public health, and major public interests;

③ related to criminal investigation, prosecution, and trial;

④ there is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

⑤ responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations.

VI. Protection of Minors' Information

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. This application is mainly for adults.

(1) If you are a minor, you should obtain the consent of your legal guardian before using this application. We will protect minors' personal information in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the country.

(2) In the case of collecting minors' personal information with the consent of their legal guardians, we will only use or disclose this information when permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the guardian or when it is necessary to protect minors.

(3) If your legal guardian does not agree to you providing us with your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Agreement, please notify us immediately so that we can process your information.

VII. Notice and Revision

If we decide to change our privacy agreement, we will post these changes in this agreement, on our company website, and in other places we deem appropriate so that you can understand how we collect and use your personal information, who can access this information, and under what circumstances we can disclose this information. However, users acknowledge and agree that we cannot provide any guarantees on this matter. We may develop or adjust software functions based on the user's usage status and behavior to improve the software's functions, user experience and services. In order to ensure the autonomy of business development and adjustment, we have the right to modify or interrupt software services at any time without notifying users. In any case, we or our partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or subsequent damages or risks arising from the user's use or inability to use this application. If uncontrollable events such as technical failures affect the normal operation of the service, we and our partners promise to cooperate with relevant units in a timely manner to handle and repair it. However, we and our partners are not responsible for any losses suffered by users as a result. Any psychological, physiological and economic losses caused or may be caused by misleading or deceiving users to contact other users through the software shall be borne by the party at fault in accordance with the law and have nothing to do with us or our partners.
